I teach: Communication

The focus of this lesson is to develop key skills in active listening, presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, and emotional intelligence. It will also address the importance of effective feedback, various communication methods, and the essential elements of communication skills. Furthermore, the session will explore the 5 C's of communication, thereby providing a comprehensive framework for enhancing overall communication proficiency in professional and academic environments.

I design lessons tailored to the individual needs and interests of each learner in order to cultivate a comfortable and interactive learning environment. This approach encourages learners to articulate their existing knowledge and ask questions, thereby facilitating my assessment of their progress toward their desired goals and enabling me to plan lessons more effectively.

I have studied Communication from levels N4 to N6, achieving a distinction in N6.

The course contains the following topics:

Basic principles of communication, interpersonal relationships and social interactions, Organizational communication, interviews, the mass media, advertising, advertisements and notices, meeting procedures and correspondence, language usage, concise business communication media, business letters, reports, and editing written material.

Multicultural communication in the business world, the formulation of aims and objectives (time management), critical evaluation of auditive, visual and written material, concise business communication, problem solving and decision making, conflict stress, oral communication and listening skills.
