I teach: Surfing

Surf Lessons in the Greater Lisbon Area (Cascais Line, Costa da Caparica, Sintra, Ericeira).

Classes begin with a short introduction of what will happen.

We then warm up and simulate the techniques for handling the board, paddling and Take-Off (name of the technique for getting up on the board).

Once we have reviewed all the techniques, we talk about the safety rules and we head to the sea.

Whenever necessary, we will return to the sand to correct any details that need to be revised.

The most important factors for me as a teacher are (in order of importance):

- Safety;

- Technique;

- Fun.

Classes include material (board, suit, leash), if necessary.

Transportation available if needed.
