Great to meet you! Having spent many years being shy, having no confidence and being terrified of spontaneous conversations, I worked on helping others overcome their fear of speaking in public. I now have groups of people coming together to converse with enthusiasm in French or in English throughout the week. (Online and in person.) I am passionate about facilitating the inner confidence we all deserve through learning English or French. When I am not teaching, I am skiing, walking, cycling, renovating my place in France and enjoying the company of my French neighbours. I have dogs, cats and chickens. With my husband, we love living the French lifestyle and learning how to live healthily from the garden.
