I educate students on the principles of mathematics. I might teach general math or particular fields of mathematics, such as geometry, algebra and calculus, to students at different grade levels. My responsibility is to help students cultivate an understanding of mathematical problem-solving appropriate for their age group. I can work for primary, middle or high schools students schools. My job as math teacher including: Organizing the classroom for student success Creating lesson plans and establishing teaching goals Preparing homework and assignments for students Correcting and grading student work and exams Assessing and recording the progress and abilities of each student throughout the online learning Staying up to date with current math teacher requirements and participating in ongoing education Facilitate engaging online math instruction using virtual manipulatives and other concrete learning tools Recognize and address equity and inclusion challenges associated with distance learning Assess mathematics learning from a distance.
